Wedding Video of the Reception Dancing. Crank up the volume and rock out!
Sometimes the highlight film is just not enough. We always take so much video, we aren’t always sure how to share it all, but because this was so much fun, we just had to do a blog post! And as a blog post, I figured it might as well be helpful to someone. To those that are curious, this wedding footage was filmed on a Canon T3i and 5D Mark II. This was a destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen. As you can tell from the smooth footage, a majority of it was filmed on the Glidecam 2000. The DSLR camera’s really place nice with the glidecam and you don’t need a full suit getup to run around with it. You can glide for at least 2-4 minutes before your arm feels so tired it might fall off. Obviously this beach reception was pretty dark so we were shooting at ISO 1600 for the most part. We did have an LED lamp that can be seen opposite the camera quite a bit. It gives a stage-light kind of look that has become very much our style. And as usual, much love goes out to Meghan and Matt. We are so glad we could be a part of their special day.
